Upon entering or leaving Brazil, international shipments are subject to inspection by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and control bodies such as Anvisa, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ibama, among others. Each country has its own bureaucracy, and we are ready to offer the best Courier service to you.

All senders and recipients have the obligation to keep, in good custody and order, the documents related to the export or import of the shipment, under the terms established by the art. 70 of Law No. 10,833, dated December 29, 2003.

Shipments worth up to USD 3,000.00 are subject to the Simplified Taxation Regime (RTS). The option for RTS is considered automatic for international consignments that meet the requirements. Under this regime, only the Import Tax (II), the Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) are paid. The customs value levied by the tax is composed of the purchase value of the goods + freight value + insurance value. The Import Tax rate is 60% on the customs value. The rate of the Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) varies according to the state of destination of the order.

The period during which the international shipment is released, with the entry of tax credit, must be kept available to the recipient for the measures, in charge of the latter, is 20 (twenty days).

The maximum dimensions allowed for courier shipments are 1.00×1.00×1.00 meters (LxWxH). If your cargo goes beyond these dimensions, please consult us.

The standard packaging required are cardboard boxes with the ideal size for your shipment. If your merchandise is fragile, protect it properly. If you need a package, we can provide it to you.

Data Protection Policy
FOX Brasil fully complies with all requirements of Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018. All data is erased from our systems as soon as the process is finalized. By the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) determination we are required to store the documents for 6 years, but they are stored in a restricted and controlled-access environment.
