All international shipments entering or leaving Brazil are subject to inspection by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and regulatory agencies such as Anvisa, the Ministry of Agriculture and Ibama. Our team is fully prepared to manage these requirements and ensure compliance at every stage.

All senders and recipients must keep all documents related to import or export processes properly stored, in accordance with art. 70 of Law No. 10,833, dated December 29, 2003.

Shipments valued up to USD 3,000.00 are processed under the Simplified Taxation Regime (RTS). Under this regime, Import Tax (II) and ICMS apply. The customs value is calculated based on product value, freight and insurance. Import Tax is 60%, and ICMS varies according to the destination state.

The recipient must complete the necessary procedures within 20 (twenty) days after shipment release.

The maximum allowed dimensions for courier shipments are 1.00 × 1.00 × 1.00 meters (L × W × H). For larger cargo, please contact our team.

Proper packaging is required. Standard shipments must use appropriately sized cardboard boxes, and fragile items must be well protected. Packaging solutions can be provided upon request.

Data Protection Policy
